Are you expecting a baby? This free course is available for those who live in Tiverton or Mid Devon.

It is run over two small group sessions of an hour each, covering basic baby care, changing and types of nappies, bathing, sleep, breastfeeding and coping strategies to include sling wearing.

These sessions are designed to explore issues when your baby has arrived following birth through the early days.

You are welcome to bring a partner, please let us know at booking if you would like an extra space.
